Q: How far in advance do you need to schedule for a service?

Ans: If you want a specific time, date, or Technician on the weekdays, 1 week, on the weekends 2-3 weeks. If you are flexible with time, date, and Technician on the weekdays, 1 day, on the weekends, 3-5 days.

Q: How far in advance do you need to schedule for MULTIPLE services and/or people?

Ans: If you want a specific time, date, and Technician on a weekday: 1-3 weeks, weekends: 3-4 weeks. If you do not have a specific time, date, or Technician on a weekday: 2-4 days, weekends: 1-3 weeks.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins or same day phone calls for services?

Ans: YES! We do encourage you to schedule ahead though do to scheduling and preparation time for some services.

Q: Are there any age requirements to receive services?

Ans: Yes! If a child is under the age of 18 years old, they need to have parental written consent or a parent/legal guardian present to receive services.

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?

Ans: Yes! We require a 24 hour notice, otherwise if you call that day or if you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full price for your service(s). Please Note: We understand things happen, and encourage you to leave a message even after hours so that we are able to schedule another client on our waiting list.

Q: Do you need to reserve an appointment for multiple services?

Ans: Yes! We require a credit card number to reserve multiple services. Your card will not be charged until your services are received or if you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment time.

Q: Can Gift Cards be refunded at any time?

Ans: No! Gift Cards are Non-Refundable after purchase.

Q: Can Gift Cards be purchased for a dollar amount or specific services?

Ans: Yes! Gift Cards can be purchased for any dollar amount or a specific service. If choosing a service, sales tax will be added to the total at the time the gift card is purchased.

Q: If a Gift Card is purchased for a specific service or day package can it be used for a different service?

Ans: Yes! We honor the dollar amount on the gift card.

Q: Is there a discount for groups?

Ans: Yes! We offer 10% OFF the services recieved for 6 or more people.

Q: How far in advance do you need to schedule for a group?

Ans: The farther out you can reserve the appointments the better we can plan for your group's visit. Weekdays: At least 2-3 weeks, Weekends: At least a Month. It will depend on how many people are in the the group.

Q: Do you need to reserve the group's services on a credit card?

Ans: Yes! The group will be reserved on a credit card, but will not be charged until the services are received. Please Note: If anyone in the group does not cancel 24 hours before appointment time and does not show up for the appointments the credit card will be charged the full price for the service(s).

Q: Will all of the group's services be placed onto the credit card given to reserve the appointments?

Ans: No! Individuals in the group can then pay at the time of the appointment.

Q: What occasions can be celebrated in a spa enviroment?

Ans: Any reason to celebrate and be pampered are great occasions for our spa enviroment. Bridal Showers, Bridal Parties, Bachlorett eParties, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Retirements, & Graduations. Another great idea is for businesses to have team builders and client/associate appreciation day.

Q: When receiving a day package on a gift card do you have to receive it all on the same day?

Ans: No! If you don't have the time or want to spread out the pampering visits, you may break up the services how ever you wish.

Q: Do have to receive all of the services listed in the day package?

Ans: You may change anything in the day package. We honor the value on the gift card. You will be chared extra for any upgraded services that are made.

Q: Do gift cards ever expire?

Ans: We always honor the dollar amount on our gift cards. There are no fees deducted.

Q: Is tipping allowed in your spa?

Ans: Yes! Tipping is always appreciated, but it is never expected. If you choose to leave gratuity our policy is Cash Only.

Q: Are tips included in the prices of Day Packages and Services?

Ans: No! We do not add tips into any of our service prices.

Q: What is the typical percentage to the service dollar amount that your clientele tips?

Ans: The normal percentage is 15%-20% to the service dollar amount.

Q: Should you wear anything special for your day spa package?

Ans: No! we provide all of your disposables for body treatments, robes, gowns, and slippers.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

Ans: Cash,Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

Q: What is the Return Policy on your home care products?

Ans: Returns made with Unopened products with in 30 days of purchase with a receipt will be credited back by original form of payment. Returns made after product has been opened or after 30 Days you will receive a gift card credit that can be used on future services and products.
